This Privacy Policy explains how QuizVanta ("we", "us", "the app") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the QuizVanta mobile application (Android package com.quizvanta.app).
When you create an account (email & password, Google Sign-In, or Apple Sign-In) or play as a guest, we collect:

Quiz answers, scores, coin balance, subscription status, leaderboard rank, and room/battle activity are stored to operate core features such as leaderboards and multiplayer battles.
If you subscribe to QuizVanta PRO or buy coins, purchase and subscription-status information is processed by Google Play Billing and our subscription-management provider, RevenueCat, to validate and manage your entitlement. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
We use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Performance Monitoring to understand app usage and diagnose crashes. This includes app interactions, crash logs, and device/app diagnostics (device model, OS version, app version).
Free-tier users are shown ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use the advertising identifier and device information to serve and measure ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings.
We use Firebase Analytics and Meta (Facebook) App Events to measure install and engagement campaigns. On iOS this only occurs after you grant App Tracking Transparency permission.
We use OneSignal to deliver push notifications. OneSignal receives a device push token and basic app-usage signals needed to target and deliver notifications; you can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

We do not sell your personal information.
All data in transit between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Access to backend systems is restricted to authorized personnel.
We retain account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, associated personal data is deleted or anonymized within 90 days, except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes.
QuizVanta is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
